WATER TUBE DESIGN - High / Low Pressure and Hot Water Boilers have a unique Balanced Feature, making them resistant against THERMAL SHOCK. These boilers carry a 20 year warranty against failure due to Thermal Shock

The High Pressure Thermal Flow units are OPERATOR EXEMPT in Ontario, Canada, to a maximum installed rating of 600 BHP. Units are available in all sizes. to meet various load demands.

The Balanced Flow design Boilers have FIVE gas pass design, delivering Efficiencies exceeding 80%, without the use of an economizer. The boilers can be supplied with FULL MODULATING Burners, and can fire on - Natural Gas - NO 2 Oil - Propane. The units have a LARGE Steam space, which allows for quicker responce to variable loads and supplies excellent Steam Quality.

The repair cost are LOW due to the unique design of the tubes, which can be replaced without welding.

The Volcano Balanace Flow design provide LOW NOx emmisions, due to the larger heating surface and the FIVE gas pass configeration. Special LOW NOx burners are also availabe if required.

COIL TUBE DESIGN: The Thermalcoil units are available in various BHP sizes and Operating pressure. These units can supply higher BHP requirements in installations where Operators are not required under the Operating Excemption Act of Ontario, Canada. These units also provide steam at higher than normal operating pressure.
The Thermalcoil boilers can be fired on Natural Gas - #2 oil - Propane.

FIRE TUBE DESIGN: These are available in Low / High Pressure Steam and in Hot Water designs. All sizes are available.
